Iron-on Transfer
Creating a custom reunion t-shirt using iron-on transfers is easy. You can choose to either print out your own design on iron-on transfer sheets, or purchase already made iron-on transfers from places like Etsy. If you arenât particularly computer savvy, the latter might be the better choice, however, if youâre ready to tackle these transfers yourself, youâre going to need a few things:

Create a design on your computer using any image editing program you prefer. Within the program, flip the image horizontally, so that it appears backward. Print the design onto the transfer sheets. It might be good to print once on plain paper to make sure your design appears the way you want it.
After youâve printed out your design on the transfer sheet, trim the edges to remove any excess paper. Place your shirt on an ironing board and iron it thoroughly to make sure there are no wrinkles. Then place the design, facing down, onto the shirt and begin ironing the design, applying firm pressure to the iron and making passes over the entire design. Allow the shirt to cool for 2 minutes before peeling off the sheet.
